Terms and Conditions

General

- Please provide ALL necessary details you want included in your model/illustration.
- Provide a reference sheet/ references if possible.
- Unfortunately, I can’t draw animals.
- I only do minimal background details. No heavy background.
- I have the right to reject requests if it does not comply to my TOS

Deadlines and Delivery

- For Sketches: at most 1 week (depends on the number of commissions I am doing)
- Expected delivery time: 3 weeks to 1 month
- Delivered as a PNG file.

Intellectual Property Rights

- Don’t feed my art to AI please ಠ╭╮ಠ

Refunds

- Please communicate with the artist!
- No refunds after the final work has been delivered

Payments

- You may choose to pay 50% after the sketch is sent to you and approved by you.
- Full payment MUST be sent once the completed illustration is received.

Revisions

- I allow multiple revisions as long as it's not a whole redo of the commission.
- HIGHLY recommend informing me of any revisions when I send the sketch.

Use

- use with credit
- For personal use (ex. posting on social media, profile picture, banner, showing on stream etc.) - FREE
- For commercial use 1 (ex. posting for promotions/ad, use for sponsorship posts, other related promotions, use as assets on streams, assets on content, content usage) - additional 50%
- For commercial use 2 (ex. digital goods for membership rewards, etc) - additional 100%
